Article 38-State to secure a social order for the promotion of welfare of the people

(1) State ek aisa social arrangement banana ki koshish karega jahan social economical aur political justice sabhi institutions ko inspire kare aur isse wo public welfare ko promote karne ki koshish karega.

(2) State especially, income ki inequalities ko kam karne ki koshsish karega aur different areas me reh rahe logo aur different business me lage hue logo ke beech status, facility aur opportunity ki inequalities ko kam karne ki koshish karega.
