Article 32-Remedies for enforcement of rights conferred by this Part

(1) Fundamental rights ko implement karane ke liye supreme court me jane ka right guarantee kiya jata hai.

(2) Fundamental rights ko implement karane ke liye supreme court ko aise directions, order ya writs issue karne ki power hogi jo use theek lage. Writs me habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, quo warranto and certiorari writs bhi include hongi.

(3) Parliament law banakar upar mention ki gayi supreme court ki kuch ya sabhi powers kisi dusre court ko bhi de sakega aur aisa court un powers ko apni local limits me use kar sakega. Aise kisi law se upar mention ki gayi supreme court ki powers par koi effect nahi padega aur wo apni powers ko use karta rahega.

(4) Constitution me jahan jahan mention kiya gaya hai uske alawa is article dwara guaranteed right ko khatam nahi kiya ja sakega.
