Article 25-Freedom of conscience and free profession, practice and propagation of religion

(1) Sabhi persons ko conscience ki freedom hogi aur apne religion ko freely profess, practice or propagate karne ka right hoga. Public order, morality & health aur other fundamental rights ke basis par, is right par restrictions lagayi ja sakegi.

(2) Is right ke bawajoob

    (a) State religious practice se related kisi economic, financial, political ya other secular activity ko regulate kar sakega.

    (b) Social welfare aur reform ke liye ya public nature ke kisi hindu religious institution ko hinduo ke sabhi classes aur sections ke liye kholne ke liye state law bana sakega.

Explanation I – Kripan rakhna aur lekar chalna sikh religion ka part samjha jayega.

Explanation II – Hinduo ke under sikh, jain aur buddhist persons ko bhi mana jayega aur aise hi unke religious institutions ko bhi.
